An understanding of Mexican Telco market trends and key players, an in-depth knowledge of market trends and what solutions sell together with a current network of C level contacts and experience of how to conduct business in Mexico are all going to be important here. Fluent Spanish language skills are mandatory for this role, as is the right to work and reside in Mexico.
